vaLarE prayasaap padaan vENdiya gaanamaNu. muzuvanum bhaavam thathumbunna paattaaNu idhu. divya vaLAre ukranaayittu paadittoNdu.

Your range is very very good and I have been telling pradip that you are an awesome raw talent that needs a little shaping by pros like Pradip. You may want to note these points:

(1) your volume in base notes is low. Base ntoes are as important as the high notes. So, when you do saadhakam, practice base notes also specially

(2) I figure you are in college. Your voice is awesome, but your bhavam still shows the child in you. When you sing, realize the meaning of every word, melt into the song and then deliver. There are many people who can sing like Chitra. But why are chitra and Janaki so very different from the rest of the crew ? Coz of just one thing - Bhaavam.

pakshe divya chitrayap pOlE paadaan prayaasikkaNDaa. divyainde originality aaNu Ettavum important.

kaNNande paattugaL paadumbOl, bhakthi rasam varaNam. dheyvathinE ORththu koNdu, manasilE dhyaanichittu paadiyaal, adhindE shakthi mahonnathamaaNu. divya yinu krishnan oru sunnaramaaya shabdham thannittoNdu. adhu vaLarE bhaavathOdum prEmaiyOdum paadiyaal, divyavinu pala sammaanangaL kittum.

My best wishes.

Hi,
At the risk of sounding repetitive, I must say that two things stand out in this rendition. Range and Voice quality. SUPERB. I am sure you would have carefully imbibed what Murali said. Your recording gear also needs to be tweaked a bit.

Hi Divya, finally managed to hear the song with my pathetic net connection. Great work on this song! Also noticed a little strain in your voice (i.e. breath control). Hope you will take care of it.

Divya ... awesome. I am leaving this comment fast cuz I need to go right now, and this is the only song I heard from what you posted. Obviously becuase this is one of my favs, though I am a die-hard sujatha fan. I will come back as often as possible. Please continue to sing for us.

I came to know of this page when, while googling, I bumped into ajitha's page. I am no singer. But if I could sing, I wouldn't have done anything else. I will be around. Please post as often as you can. Best of lucks.
